The Evensong to be held at Grace Cathedral on Thursday, September 8th at 5:30pm will be the installation of Honorary Canons The Rev. Fran Tornquist, Jim Forsyth, and (posthumously) The Rev. Doe Yates.

Rev. Fran was Canon Pastor/Vice Dean of Grace Cathedral in 1990-2006.

Jim is, of course, our former DioCal Controller and currently CFO Emeritus.

The Rev. Deacon Doe Yates, who faithfully served Grace Cathedral from 1986-2021, was much beloved.  Her funeral was held in October 2021 at Grace Cathedral with Bp. Marc presiding.
